Who teaches QPR?

QPR is taught by certified volunteers.  Most hopes Board Members have taken the QPR Instructor Certification Program, which was created and developed by Paul Quinnett, Ph.D. of Spokane, Washington.  This allows hopes to teach QPR and increase the number of people in a community that are trained to act in a bold, positive manner to prevent suicide & save a life.
